WHY NEW REAL REGIONAL NETWORK
The countries of the Balkans face similar or identical problems of development and approaching EU norms.
Relations in one country influence those in another because of their mutual history over centuries
Donors frequently provide funds for similar or identical projects to countries in the region, so it makes sense to combine the receiving organisations to provide consistent project implementation.
